Energetiks will not accept orders via phone, fax or email. All orders must be placed through the website.

All orders are shipped from Australia. Import duties, tariffs, and taxes will be charged upon delivery in accordance with US customs regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are outside Energetiks’ control.

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify Energetiks immediately. Goods may be returned providing the garments are unworn with tags in tact and accompanied by the receipt. If you have received an item with a defect please email customerservice@energetiks.com.au with your name, order reference and a description of the problem and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Energetiks reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in US dollars.

Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet been shipped.
